THE GAP BETWEEN AGREED AND APPLIED

Approved isn’t
the same as credited.

See which records need attention, why they were flagged and what to check next. Potential exposure stays separate from confirmed recovery.

01

Missing credits

An expected credit is overdue, with no matching note in the agreed export.

02

Partial credits

Matched credit notes add up to less than the expected amount.

03

Unapplied credits

A credit note has a remaining balance after its application window.

TRY VENDORCREDITS IN ACTION

Return approved. What happens to the credit?

A supplier approved €10,000, issued an €8,000 credit, and finance applied €5,000. Change the numbers, inspect the evidence and work through to reconciliation.

Our data-handling approach
START WITHOUT SHARING FINANCIAL FILES

Keep control of
what you disclose.

Explore the fictional demo first. For an agreed pilot, prepare only the required fields and keep the supplier-name lookup inside your company.

Review security and data handling

Names can stay with you.

Replace supplier and document identifiers locally. Amounts and dates remain sensitive: coding reduces exposure, but does not make an export anonymous.

The practical questions.

What does the free audit include?

An agreed 90-day historical scope, selected suppliers, a reviewed exception queue and an evidence handoff. Qualification and scope are confirmed before any financial files are transferred.

Do you connect to our ERP?

Not in this release. The pilot accepts normalized JSON or our CSV template through an invitation-only workspace. PDF extraction, supplier-statement matching and live integrations are not connected features.

Does an exception mean we are owed money?

No. Export completeness, timing and business context matter. Findings are potential discrepancies for your finance team to verify, not confirmed recoveries or accounting entries.

What happens after the audit?

We review usefulness together. If a recurring paid pilot makes sense, scope and pricing are agreed separately. There is no automatic conversion, subscription or payment.

Can I send you financial files now?

Please do not attach them to the initial enquiry. Storage region, access, retention, deletion and processing terms must be agreed before a real-data pilot.
