Enquiries
When direct sending is enabled, the form sends business contact details through this application and Hostinger email to office@vendorcredits.com to respond to your enquiry. A message is confirmed after the mail server accepts it. If sending is unavailable, you can copy the enquiry and send it through your own email. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not include financial files or unnecessary personal information.
Enquiry handling
The application does not store enquiry bodies in the financial database. Email is handled by the mail provider and recipient mailbox. Rate-limit counters and retry identifiers remain in process memory for up to ten minutes, except while a send is pending. Application error logs omit form contents. The operator must confirm mailbox and hosting-log retention.
Download and enquiry counts
The application counts successfully served workbook downloads, contact-page views and enquiries accepted by the mail server. Records contain the UTC day, event type, Excel/RMA resource and language labels, and optionally the source selected in the form. Counters do not contain IP addresses, email addresses, company names, enquiry contents or visitor identifiers. They use no cookies or browser storage. Daily totals are kept for up to 90 days and pruned on write or read. Events and totals also appear in application logs; the operator must confirm hosting-log retention. These are event counts, not unique people. Repeat downloads may count again. Opening your own email application does not confirm a sent enquiry.
Website and hosting
No advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts are included. Hostinger may process IP addresses and technical request logs when serving the website. The hosting log retention and processor details must be confirmed by the operator. Configured pilot sign-in uses a strictly necessary HttpOnly session cookie.
Local data preparation
The coding tool reads a user-selected CSV on the device and generates downloads locally. It does not upload the CSV or mapping, use browser persistent storage, or send the content to AI. Downloaded files and device backups remain under your control. Pseudonymised data may still identify people and remains confidential.
Operator transparency
The contracting legal entity and full controller contact details have not yet been finalized on this page. These must be completed before promoting real-data onboarding. The working privacy contact is office@vendorcredits.com.
Client data
Real-data processing stays gated pending verified controller details, purposes and legal basis, processors, transfer arrangements, retention, rights information and contracts.
